I believe we all need regular opportunities to replenish our reserves. This is especially true for leaders. Family (partners and parents), ministry, and community leaders who take seriously their responsibility to guide, nurture and empower need to be deeply cared for, too.

Like being led beside still waters, our coaching conversations will create a safe space for you to take a breath, quiet your thoughts, and reflect on where you are now and plan where you'd love to go next. As your coach, I’m your accountability partner. I will help you create a plan for reaching your goals. Together we will tackle the inevitable setbacks and celebrate victories!

1:1 Coaching
For individuals, leaders, & couples, coaching can help you deepen your relationship with God and others, and unlock your full potential. Through private sessions, we'll explore where you feel stuck and identify areas for growth and improvement. By the end of our time together, you'll feel stronger in your faith, more connected to yourself and others, and equipped to live a life filled with purpose and meaning.

Quarterly Reflection Review
TIME OUT TO RELAX, REVIEW, AND REFLECT ON YOUR SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING!
Quarterly Review & Reflect Coaching is a coaching conversation that you schedule once a quarter to discuss your walk with the Lord. As your faith coach, I will help you to:
· Review the past quarter’s wins and celebrations
· Review the past quarter’s obstacles
· Reflect on how God might be speaking to you and working in your life.
· Reflect on when you felt closest to the Lord and catch where you could be drifting.
· Plan for the upcoming quarter.
